Mr. Alvin Leung

Director, Investment Management

Mr Alvin Leung is the Director of Investment Management in LOFTER GROUP. Prior to joining Lofter, Alvin worked as a Director in JLL Hong Kong Capital Markets team advising clients in acquisition and disposal of Hong Kong properties and portfolios.

Alvin graduated with first class honour in Bachelor of Science (Surveying) from the University of Hong Kong. Alvin was the Chairman of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Hong Kong Matrics Committee 2017-2019. Alvin serves as a council member in Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) General Practice Division (GPD) council 2021-2023 and is appointed as member of Appeal Tribunal Panel (Buildings) 2021-2024. Alvin was also awarded the RICS Hong Kong Young Surveyor of the Year in 2019.

Alvin is a Professional Member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. Alvin is also a Registered Professional Surveyor (General Practice).
