Role & Responsibilities

    ● Responsible for greeting guests, handling incoming enquiries, managing conference rooms reservation and guest registration in a professional manner.
    ● Maintain reception area, pantry, conference rooms neat and tidy.
    ● Coordinate with daily courier.
    ● Presentable with pleasant personality and excellent customer service.
    ● Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.


  • HKDSE/HKCEE or above;

  • 2 years relevant work experience is highly preferred, candidates with customer services experience will also be considered;

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing;

  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin;

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
