Role & Responsibilities

● Assist Project Manager in overall control, monitoring site progress and works quality to ensure completion on time, within budget and fulfilment of contract requirements;
● Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors;
● Handle project coordination and schedule independently;
● Closely monitor site progress and performance of the contractors on site;
● Conduct development feasibility studies for identified potential redevelopment projects.

Requirements

● Degree in Architecture and Registered Architect;

● Possess recognized professional qualification of HKIA or equivalent;

● Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in local building construction projects including high-class residential, commercial, and industrial projects;

● With previous working experience in property developers is an advantage;

● Knowledgeable in local regulations, procedures, project planning and budget, tendering, contract administration etc.;

● Superior academic achievement;

● Demonstrate ability to work both collaboratively as a team member and individually;

● Good communication and interpersonal skills;

● Passionate about real estate industry;

● Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and to handle multiple projects at a time;

● Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented;

● Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
